Randy Havens, Timberline Bank President “It’s an honor and privilege to be selected to serve on the MCF Board. To me, the Foundation is the backbone of this community which strives to make Montrose a better place to live.”

The Board of Directors is currently comprised of thirteen volunteer members who pledge both their time in serving the Montrose Community and a financial contribution. Directors are carefully screened and selected to reflect the interests and needs of the community.
During their tenure with the Foundation, Board Directors serve on various committees and contribute greatly to the successful development of a thriving community.  Currently, the Foundation is comprised of the following committees:  Executive, Investment, Fundraising, Communications, Spruce Society, Grants/Nonprofits and Compliance.  Interested community members are welcomed and encouraged to serve on these committees.

The Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. at Timberline Bank.
