Nonprofit organizations are invited to the Montrose Library Meeting Room on Wednesday, September 29 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Bring your lunch and questions about developing the Board you have dreamed of. The annual competitive cycle for grants through the Montrose Community Foundation is now open. Visit the “Grants” section of this site to download the revised Common Grant Application, review Foundation guidelines, and see past grant recipients. Please note all applications for grants including the “Cook Education Grant” and the “Sue Olson YEA! Grant” are due by November 1.

On August 21, the Montrose Community Foundation partnered with the San Juan Mountain Runners and Anytime Fitness to provide a Kid’s Obstacle Course and Fun Run for area youth during Youth Appreciation Day.
