Task/Position Title: Museum Host/Hostess (Docent)
This is a limited-term position, beginning mid April and ending September 30, with a time commitment of 4 hours per week or per month.
Volunteer age range: 21-121.
This is a good group project for families, teams, and groups of employees.

Volunteer Job Description
Museum Host/Hostess will welcome visitors to the Ranch History Museum at Historic Colona School, answer questions, accept and solicit donations, and monitor the safety of the museum’s collections for at least one 4.5 hour shift per month.

Skills/abilities desired
Interest in history, ability to talk to strangers, willingness to follow procedures.
